Christmas has really been a great time to be in the Specialty/Gourmet food market, probably the best time of the year. These past two weeks I’ve made over 16,000 cookies,…. crazy! It has really been awesome to see the Lord at work; opening and closing doors, orchestrating divine appointments, and sending people to help as this business has been growing.  It’s come a long way, but has a long way to go.
